We hope everyone had a wonderful end of summer. Here in Woods Hole, fall is well underway, and we greet the crisp air (and available parking!) with open arms.  Hello to fall fun on Cape Cod.

An empty Stoney Beach is shocking to the eyes, especially in contrast to busy peak summer when families are packed to the brim along the shore.

Coffee Obsession returns to its quirky off-season hours…

And the infamous Quicks Hole Taqueria crawdad gears up for winter storage.

It’s hard to imagine that only a few months ago, this very road held over 12,000 Falmouth road race runners.

But, despite the lull and quiet peacefulness that autumn brings, there are still signs of life! Pie in the Sky forever stays open, epicenter of fall fun on Cape Cod, serving their renowned popovers and locally roasted coffee….

And tourists and sightseers continue to frequent Nobska Lighthouse.

Last but not least, Quicks Hole Tavern donuts hit the spot on a chilly weekday lunch.
