The Quicks Hole Tavern will be hosting their annual Spring Craft Beer Dinner on Saturday night, March 23rd at 6pm featuring craft brews from the new Naukabout Brewery of Mashpee. The evening will begin in the cozy ambiance of the Quicks Hole Taverns waterfront setting at 6 PM and guests will be greeted with the first craft brew and a selection of fine cheeses and charcuterie platters. Following shortly after will be a bright and bold menu designed by Chef Nat Summerton. Each of the three courses will be served with a four-ounce pair carefully selected by the professionals at Naukabout.
Check out the menu: Course 1: Spring baby lettuce, fresh strawberries, hazelnuts, ricotta cheese, with a lemon vinaigrette Course 2: Grilled salmon with rice noodles, sautéed bell peppers, peas, baby carrots, Portobello mushrooms, baby bok choy, red onion, with a spicy teriyaki broth Course 3: Honeydew and cantaloupe mousse with chopped pistachios and fresh berries The cost for this special event is $55 per person but we would like to offer our Woods Hole Inn guests a discounted weekend getaway starting at $379 for three days, two nights and a fabulous three-course meal paired with Naukabout beer. Oh and don’t forget our famous Woods Hole Inn breakfast is still included as always!
