This cottage is a three-minute walk into the middle of Woods Hole and the ferry terminal, and a short walk to several wonderful beaches (Nobska Beach, Stoney Beach, Surf Drive Beach).  It is also a stone’s throw from the start of the famous Shining Sea Bike Path, an 11 mile adventure of dedicated path for bikes only that offers views of Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay on it’s way to North Falmouth.

This charming one-bedroom has a living room, dining area, galley kitchen, private bath with tub and shower, fireplace and broad front porch with water views of Little Harbor and Martha’s Vineyard.  Furnished and well stocked with towels, high-end sheets, kitchen equipment, lovely porch furniture.

Queen size bed in private bedroom, pull out couch (opens to a full-size bed suitable for kids) in the living room.  Max Occupancy 4.  Pets OK with additional deposit.  Parking on the property for one vehicle included in rental rate.  Additional parking can be arranged at a market rate per calendar day.

Utilities include free Cable TV and robust wireless internet.
