Relax and Recharge: Meditation 101

Learn to bring the simple yet profound and powerful practice of meditation into your everyday life.
This class will cover the basics of meditation through the use of deep relaxation, mindfulness, breathing practices and loving-kindness meditation.
You will learn how to access the relaxation response, the body and mind’s natural healing state.
The regular practice of meditation has been shown to:
- Lower Blood Pressure
- Reduce anxiety and stress
- Decrease muscle tension
- Strengthen the immune system
- Cost: FREE, thanks to generous support from the Board of Trustees of the Falmouth Public Library

She has an MA in Holistic Counseling, Yoga teacher and graduate of Kind Yoga School, board certified Clinical Hypnotist, Certified Usui Reiki Master and artist.
